Youth 2000

Youth 2000 is an international spiritual movement for young adults aged 16 to 35, primarily within the Catholic Church.
The movement's framework is built upon three primary spiritual pillars:
- The Eucharist: Placing the Blessed Sacrament at the absolute center of the community's life and worship.
- Devotion to Our Lady: Encouraging active prayer, particularly through the Rosary.
- Church Fidelity: Grounding young people in scripture, prayer, and standard Catholic teachings.

World Youth Day
World Youth Day (WYD) is an international, week-long pilgrimage and festival organized by the Catholic Church for young adults. Initiated by Saint Pope John Paul II in 1985, it alternates every few years between different global host cities.
World Youth Day brings together hundreds of thousands, often millions, of young people from around the world to celebrate and deepen their faith.
WYD is available to all young people who want to take part and share in a festive encounter with Jesus Christ, amongst other likeminded young people. Groups are connected via parishes and organisations within the UK.
Flame
Join the UK Catholic youth in the largest Catholic gathering of young people in England and Wales, the Flame Congress!
Flame is the largest national Catholic youth event in England and Wales. Organized by the Catholic Youth Ministry Federation (CYMFed), this bi-annual mega-event brings together around 10,000 young Catholics to celebrate their faith.
The event lasts a full day and features a mix of high-energy praise and deep reflection:
- Inspirational Speakers: Past events have hosted global faith figures, political voices, and motivational speakers like Bear Grylls.
- Live Worship: Music is a core part of the experience, featuring well-known Christian worship bands and artists.
- Prayer & Adoration: The day culminates in a powerful, collective time of Eucharistic Adoration led by prominent bishops.
