PILGRIMAGE, 2023: GREAT SAINTS OF THE CHURCH
May I invite you to join me on an exciting and inspirational pilgrimage to Northern Spain, next year, visiting sites associated with four very important and significant Saints - St Teresa of Avila, a strong and holy and wise woman, who advised Popes and Bishops and shaped our Catholic Church during difficult days; St John of the Cross, one of the greatest mystics in our history whose teachings are as relevant today as they were in the past; St Ignatius Loyola, Founder of the Society of Jesus, the Jesuits - a very human being whose life story provides evidence of how God can work wonderfully well in our own lives; St Francis Xavier, an amazing missionary to India, China and the Far East. We will fly to Madrid on the 22ND APRIL, flying back, from Barcelona on the 29TH APRIL 4Star hotels in Valladolid, Burgos and Barcelona. We will visit Avila, Salamanca, Valladolid, Burgos, Loyola, Montserrat and Barcelona. We will hear all about these amazing Saints, whose stories will help to bring your Faith alive like never before. We will have holy Mass in amazing locations, like the chapel of the English College In Valladolid where many of our holy martyrs prayed before coming to England and facing execution and like the famous Cathedral in Barcelona. We will have plenty of fun, too! All inclusive cost of flights, hotels half-board, coaching and guiding throughout, is £990, which I think is very good value for money. We need a minimum group of around 25 pilgrims to guarantee this price.
